South Downs
For two years running I spent a couple of weeks in March, drawing the South Downs for Glyndebourne. I stayed in a cottage at the foot of the Downs and I walked and I drew all day. My second visit coincided with ‘The Beast from the East 2’. Where I chose to stop and draw became more about finding a sheltered spot than finding the best composition. All work is sold.
